Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal data.
Last updated: 5 September 2026
1. Who we are
SecureVolt ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
- Address: Carrer Rafals, 2, 07560 Cala Millor, Illes Balears, Spain
- Email: info@securevolt.es
- Phone: +34 662 00 63 36
2. What data we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us:
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're enquiring about, and your message.
- Direct contact: anything you tell us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Our hosting infrastructure (see Section 4) may also record standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and operational purposes. We don't use this data to identify individual visitors.
3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- Responding to your enquiry — necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Keeping our site secure and working correctly — our legitimate interest in operating the business (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing emails or sell it to third parties.
4. Who we share it with
Your contact form submission is processed and stored by our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), acting as our data processor.
If you accept analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy), Google Analytics processes data about your visit as our data processor. We do not share your data with any other third party, and never sell it.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept only for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable follow-up period, typically no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, tax or accounting obligations if a contract results from the enquiry).
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@securevolt.es.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
7. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy for details on what we use and how to manage your preferences.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
